Living our lives in a pandemic is certainly different from what we have known as "normal." Different doesn't have to mean terrible though. Every cloud has a silver lining. The Woodlands Show Chorus was treated to a Broadway Professional and daughter of our own member LaRae, was Amanda Lavergne, who has a degree in musical theater and dance. She has performed on Broadway and off-Broadway in such musicals as "Annie" and "Grease," to name only a few. She came to teach us how to dramatize our songs. Amanda emphasized that our faces (and bodies) will reflect what we feel. Thank you so much, Amanda. Come visit anytime.
