What an unforgettable weekend retreat we had at the Sheraton North Houston! From Friday's kickoff to Sunday’s heartfelt farewell, our voices soared under the guidance of the brilliant Peggy Graham, with Betty Clipman shaping our sound to perfection for the upcoming international contest in Kansas City. We dedicated ourselves to refining every note and movement, pushing our vocal and choreo limits, all in the name of the craft we cherish so much.
The fun didn’t stop there! Saturday night brought out the rookie skits, filled with hilarity as they showcased their mastery of proper English, all-in-ones, and over-the-top makeup in a celebration that had everyone laughing. By Sunday afternoon, we headed home, exhausted but filled with new skills, memories, and a deeper love for what we do. Warm hearts, stronger voices—Kansas City, here we come!
