The Woodlands Show Chorus presented a free performance for our friends and family night on September 30, at 8 pm. Since the chorus will be competing at the International level in Kansas City on Thursday, October 31, about 75 friends and family were treated to a preview performance of both of the semi-final songs and the finals package. The semi-final song selections are Love Letters as the ballad and Hit Me with a Hot Note for the up-tune. In Kansas City, when TWSC performs those two songs we are hoping to be ranked among the top ten highest scores. If that occurs, then TWSC will perform again on Saturday with an entertainment package. The finals "package" is a game show scenario, with a fun tribute to "What Do You Know" about Betty Clipman. The show is complete with a Host and a Contestant, along with members acting as the dancers, audience and a GAME BOARD! The questions and answers highlight Betty's achievements from more than 50 years of service to Sweet Adeline's International. Betty Clipman and TWSC are proud to represent the Gulf Coast Region 10 in Kansas City and appreciates all the love and support. Thank you!
